Why

I have been cycling both competitively and recreationally for 22 years. Most people that have biked for that kind of time frame are going to develop aches and pains as they fine tune their positioning and equipment. If you would prefer to go through your bicycle riding with a minimal amount of discomfort, you need to make sure that you fit your bike and that your bike fits you. Of course we would be happy to do a fitting and find out why you have the pain and then address the pain with physical therapy. Wouldn’t it be easier to assess and change the repetitive patterns that caused the injury in the first place? What I am saying is that it would have been nice for me to have been fitted 22 years ago rather than 5 years ago when I first started fitting others. My riding would not have been disrupted to rehab from easily preventable multiple injuries and my wife would not have had to listen to me complain. To help others avoid the same pitfalls is why I do bike fitting.
